Why are you switching to a new ticketing platform?
We’re switching for two important reasons:
- Our current ticketing platform is being retired by the company.
- The new ticketing platform will be more user friendly. e.g., you’ll view the seating map earlier in the purchase process.
What do I need to do?
Your online account will automatically move over to the new ticketing platform, but you’ll need to reset your password.

Why do I need an online account?
You need an account in order to:
- BUY TICKETS ONLINE
- PRINT YOUR TICKETS
- UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
Do I have an online account?
Anyone who has purchased a Port Theatre ticket in the past (and has provided the Ticket Centre with an email address) automatically has an online account.
What's my password?
If you forgot your password, it’s easy to create a new one.

How do I create a new account?
At the bottom of the LOGIN page, click New Customer? Register now
